Not many of the democrats wanted reform with Fannie and Freddie for many reasons. One being they were lining they’re pockets with PAC money and two, they were literally in bed in each other with some of them.

I think Dodd and Frank should be investigated yesterday.

Great piece. Where does Chris Dodd and Barney Frank come into this?
Also I think in 1997 or 98 didn’t Bill Clinton ask for some regulations with Fannie and Freddie but the democratic congress pressured him not to do something?

Yep, Billy Boy was there in all his glory. This year’s rant was about medicaid and how the hospital tax was going to kill your grandmas. You know, typical democrat scare tactics.

True story. When he was ranting about the Governor’s plan and said the tax would run your mamas and grandmas out of the hospital and make it to where they couldn’t afford care, someone called out from the back that it was untrue. I thought he was going to have another stroke. He got all red faced and told the heckler that if they wanted to speak, then put up their money.

He’s really just an embarrassment to the people of Mississippi and the state will be much better off when Billy McCoy retires. I just hope it’s sooner rather than later.
